Former WWE superstar David Otunga has reportedly been cleared of charges in a domestic violence investigation.

Per TMZ Sports, police decided not to charge Otunga and the case is considered close.

In November, TMZ reported Jennifer Hudson obtained a protective order against him for “aggressive, threatening and harassing behavior” toward her.

Otunga was ordered to stay away from Hudson and the couple’s son after the order of protection.

On Nov. 28, Otunga and Hudson reached a temporary custody agreement for their son after she voluntarily dropped the order of protection.

Otunga has served as a commentator on Raw and SmackDown for WWE since his in-ring career ended in 2015. He returned to WWE programming last month as part of the pre-show panel for the Clash of Champions pay-per-view.
